I received someone else’s book! Completely unacceptable. And now my book will not be here in time for Fathers Day. I am definitely not happy.

I also received a book with my own cover photo and someone else’s photo. I found the people in the pictures through social media and they said the same thing happened to them. Customer service sent me a return label and gave me a $10 credit for my next order. Doesn’t seem like an appropriate compensation for such a huge mistake.

Do not trust your photos with this app
They sent my photo book with my children’s photos in it and someone else’s photo book to me and they said they couldn’t find who they sent it to and didn’t even bother their solution was a $10 credit which I didn’t need as I cancelled my subscription ASAPP.
I found the person on social media from their names in the book. So unless you are willing to share your private photo album with strangers around the globe do not trust this app

Book printed April 30 and shipped May 7. Estimated delivery is May 13! Why did it take a week after printing to ship? The advertisement said order by April 2 to get the book by Mother’s Day. What a scam!

Received ripped book and then a book with image and ink flaws. The book was delayed on shipping. They were able to refund my money but the gift was very important and my moment was ruined. I lost two months worth of time .

I dealt with a very friendly lady called Jamie, because I had problems with their addressing system accepting my French address and zip code. Jamie soon got it all sorted out. The book is of good quality for the price and considering the low resolution of the photos printed. It was delivered 10 days before the date they quoted, which means my wife's Christmas present will now be her 28th Nov birthday present instead.

Been waiting over 6 weeks for my purchase and yet no one in the customer service team can tell me where it is or if it’s on its way.
Continuously changing dates of expected arrival. Very disappointing if you intend on purchasing as a gift as you will not get it on a reasonable time frame. Be prepared to wait for possibly 2 months for your purchase if you are happy to wait and isn’t a gift.

Amazing for the price. Quality is great and customer service is top notch!

Unfortunately trust has been broken! Chatbooks had a data breach and customer information was sold on the dark web. It doesn't matter how amazing your service or interface is, Customer's security MUST be the #1 priority of every online company. I won't be using this app any longer. My third book ordered through Chatbooks and when the Google Photos connection started working, it was easy to make the book. The customer service is excellent and quick though. I had to contact them on all three books, usually about shipping faster. I ordered it mid June and it arrived to me in France before the month’s end. That is record time for french delivery! My only issue was that two to three images were cropped a big tighter than what I saw or intended in the digital version but the paper and print quality was great. Super excited to give this to my step son for his birthday as he adores his other Chatbooks album. Will definitely order more!
